It is believed that PM Modi will visit Varanasi on or after Shardiya Navratri. The PMO has sought a list of projects to be completed by October along with the projects completed so far.

Apart from the Circuit House and Beniyabagh Multilevel Parking in Varanasi, two dozen projects of the city will be completed by September. Earlier in July and August, the work of transfer of sewer line at Tarna Shivpur, work of STP Ramnagar, strengthening of livestock farms, channelization of Varuna river and coastal development works have been completed.

Apart from this, the construction of Student Activity Center at BHU, 200-room women’s hostel at BHU, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Government College, Palahipatti and revitalization of Ghats and Façade Improvement in Smart City have also been completed.
District Magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma said that continuous review is being done to ensure timely completion of projects and more than two dozen projects have been completed in July-August. In September, the work of multilevel parking in the city will be completed.
Ring road will also be gifted
The work of Ring Road-2 under construction for large vehicular movement is also in its final stages and the project is expected to be completed by October. The approach road has been prepared at Rajatalab and Harhua. There was a technical problem in the middle of some connectivity route, but it will be completed.
