According to the Meteorological Department, on Tuesday, the maximum temperature was 35.4 degrees Celsius above normal and the minimum temperature was 24 degrees Celsius below normal. Within the last 24 hours, the maximum level of humidity in the air was 98 and the minimum was 68 percent. Till 8.30 am, 3.5 mm of rain has been recorded in various parts of Delhi.

The department had predicted cloudy sky for Tuesday. On the contrary, since morning, the harsh conditions of the sun were seen in Delhi.
